Satirical Cartoons and Photo Memes Exhibition
Theme: Peace, Justice, Environment, Freedom, Culture
Mechanics:
- Participants will have to make cartoons or memes maximum 3 entries each theme.
- It should be in digital format, 300 dpi, 8,5×11 inches.
- Entries should be submitted not later than 14 February 2018.
- A panel will select the best cartoons or memes that will be part of the exhibition on the First Cebu Lampoon Festival MMXVIII.
